As part of NAPO’s mission to publicly recognize its Members for their outstanding contributions made to both NAPO and the organizing and productivity industry, the NAPO Awards & Recognition Committee is excited to let everyone know about the 2018 NAPO Awards. The NAPO Founders’ Award and our brand new NAPO Chapter of the Year Award both highlight the many contributions NAPO members make to the association, individually and as a group. Many local chapters are doing some amazing things with and for their members. We developed this new Chapter of the Year Award as the perfect way to not only recognize chapter-level achievements, but also bring attention to best practices so that all chapters can aspire to greatness for their members and their communities.

NAPO Founders’ Award – deadline for nominations is March 1, 2018!
In the spirit of NAPO’s founders, The Founders’ Award is presented to a NAPO member, or a group of NAPO members acting in concert, for outstanding innovation, inspiration, and creativity both within, and outside of, the field of professional organizing and productivity consulting. We admire and respect the recipient’s professionalism and achievements, and are proud to say that s/he is a member of our association.

NAPO Chapter of the Year Award
The NAPO Chapter of the Year Award is presented to the Chapter which, by its achievements, goes above and beyond to further the ideals and mission of NAPO. This Chapter provides its members with opportunities to develop leadership skills, prioritize camaraderie and support between and for members, and participate in community outreach projects, by utilizing the talents of both its professional and business partner members. Award criteria and the call for nominations will go out in March of 2018 via an online submission form. Nominations must be made by a Chapter board member and all nominations will be reviewed for accuracy and vetted by the Awards & Recognition Committee, with support from the Chapter Relations Committee. The Awards & Recognition Committee will select a winner, who will be recognized and featured at our NAPO 2018 Retreat, online through social media, and this blog. The winning Chapter will also receive a Chapter of The Year digital badge for use on the Chapter’s and Chapter members’ websites and other communications.
